硫回收装置烟气SO2超低排放技术改造实践

某炼化企业针对硫黄回收装置存在的问题采取相应措施进行技术改造,取得了明显效果.改造后,1#硫回收装置抗干扰、波动能力明显提高,1#、2#硫回收装置烟气SO2 排放浓度明显降低,1#硫回收装置停工期间排放烟气ρ(SO2)由4.41~52.55 mg/m3 降至1.59~12.77 mg/m3,2#硫回收装置停工期间排放烟气SO2 浓度接近0,实现了装置长周期绿色、环保、高效、稳定运行.
Practice of technical transformation for ultra-low emission SO2 from flue gas of sulphur recovery unit
A certain refining and chemical enterprise has taken corresponding measures to carry out technical transformation in response to the problems existing in the sulphur recovery unit,and has achieved significant results.After the renovation,the anti-interference and fluctuation ability of the 1#sulphur recovery unit has been significantly improved.The concentration of SO2 emissions in the flue gas of the 1#and 2#sulphur recovery units has been significantly reduced,during the shutdown period,the concentration of SO2 emissions in the flue gas of the 1#sulphur recovery unit has been decreased from 4.41-52.55 mg/m3 to 1.59-12.77 mg/m3 and the concentration of SO2 emissions in the flue gas of the 2#sulphur recovery unit is close to 0,achieving long-term green,environmentally friendly,efficient,and stable operation of the unit.
