Practice of low temperature thermal energy recovery and utilization in ionic liquid desulfurization system
The recycling and utilization of low-temperature potential heat energy in the ion liquid desulfurization system of Jiangxi Zili Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.is introduced.By using low-temperature soft water to recover the latent heat from the desorbing secondary steam in ionic liquid desulfurization system,the obtained high-temperature soft water is transported to the electrolytic copper branch plant as the thermal medium for insulation of the copper electrolyte.The low-temperature soft water after heat exchange is returned to the ionic liquid desulfurization system for recycling,achieving the transfer of heat energy.After the implementation of the project,the electrolytic copper branch has achieved insulation of copper electrolyte by using high-temperature hot water heating and low-pressure steam emergency replenishment.It can save about 21.6 million yuan in steam costs and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 19 579 tons every year,which is of great significance for energy conservation and pollution reduction of enterprises.
