Design and operation of a 100 kt/a clean treatment device for waste sulphuric acid and hydrogen sulfide acidic gas
The design and operation of a 100 kt/a clean treatment device for sulphur-containing waste liquid and waste gas are introduced.The gas generated from high-temperature incineration of sulphur-containing waste liquid and waste gas is washed,dried,catalytic converted,and double absorbed to produce sulphuric acid.An in-depth analysis is conducted on the main problems encountered during the start-up and operation of the device,and corresponding solutions are provided based on the process conditions and equipment conditions to ensure the normal operation of the production system under operating indicators.The waste liquid and waste gas treatment capacities are 1 625 kg/h and 2 920 m3/h,respectively,with a total conversion rate of 99.7%and the mass concentration of sulfur dioxide in exhaust emissions is less than 50 mg/m3.
