Problems and solution measures that affect long-term operation of sulphuric acid regeneration equipment
The wet process waste acid regeneration process of a certain refining company is introduced,the bottleneck problems that affect long-term operation during the operation of the device are analyzed,and the corresponding rectification measures are taken to address the problems of cracking of the high-temperature heat exchanger tube bundle,poor filtering effect of the high-temperature dust collector,frequent leakage of the thermal salt heat exchanger,leakage of the thermal salt control valve cover,and large vibration of the flue gas fan at the inlet of the first stage reactor.Good results have been achieved,providing some help and reference for similar wet sulphuric acid regeneration devices.
