摘要
介绍了宜都兴发化工有限公司硫黄制酸装置方池式熔硫槽与过滤槽生产过程中存在的问题,分析了液硫产能逐步衰减的原因,针对物料含有大块杂质、蛇管间距过窄、盘管布局及结构不合理、搅拌桨数量不足,以及搅拌器设计不合理等情况进行改进,并提出建议.
Abstract
The problems existing in the production process of the square pool molten sulphur tank and filter tank in the sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant of Yidu Xingfa Chemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The reasons for the gradual decline of liquid sulphur production capacity are analyzed.Improvements are made to address issues such as large impurities in the material,narrow spacing between coils,unreasonable layout and structure of coils,insufficient number of agitators,and unreasonable design of agitators.Suggestions are also put forward.
