Discussion on pipeline classification for sulphuric acid production equipment
This article provides a detailed introduction to the definition and understanding of pressure pipelines,as well as the classification of pressure pipelines in industrial pipelines.This article focuses on the impact of sulphur,sulphuric acid,and the toxicity of production process media on pipeline classification in sulphuric acid plants,in order to determine the classification of sulphur,sulphuric acid and flue gas pipelines in their production processes.The impact of different classifications of sulphuric acid and its production process pipelines on device construction are analyzed,suggestions for pipeline classification and construction of sulphuric acid plants are proposed and suggested that relevant departments combine the actual situation of the sulphuric acid industry to propose revision opinions or suggestions for standards or specifications,which can further explore the pipeline specifications of the sulphuric acid industry.
