Preparation and performance study of low temperature high activity vanadium catalyst
This article introduces the improvement of the active components and co catalyst dispersion of vanadium catalysts,as well as the optimization of catalyst pore structure.Laboratory and pilot production devices respectively trial produced cesium containing vanadium catalysts(C1 and C2),and analyzed and characterized the catalyst samples using SEM,XRF,XRD,NH3-TPD and FTIR methods. At the same time, the catalytic activity of the samples was measured and compared with the same type of cesium containing catalyst(V1).The results indicate that catalyst samples C1 and C2 have a wider pore size distribution, better dispersion of active components, smaller co catalyst crystal size, and lower melting phase transition temperature compared to V1.They exhibit higher low-temperature catalytic activity, and according to the calculation of catalyst activation energy,C1 and C2 have lower reaction activation energy.
