Summary of upgrade and renovation of 1 200 t/d sulphuric acid plant
The renovation ideas and implementation process of converting a 1 200 t/d sulphur co fired ferrous sulfate sulphuric acid plant into a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid phant are introduced.Revamp the processes of utilizing old fans,conversion,dry and absorption,low-temperature waste heat recovery,tail absorption,etc.,and build new sulphur melting and sulphur burning process and power generation systems.Raise the steam parameters for high and medium waste heat recovery from 3.82 MPa and 450℃to 5.3 MPa and 490℃,while matching the corresponding parameters with back pressure turbine driven fans and back pressure waste heat power generation.After the transformation,the steam production rate is 1.65 t/t,the total conversion rate of the system is 99.86%,the exhaust gas ρ(SO2)is less than or equal to 10 mg/m3,and the mass concentration of sulphuric acid mist is less than or equal to 5 mg/m3.
