Design and application of large fuming sulphuric acid evaporator
The design and application of fuming sulphuric acid evaporators are introduced.In the case where the waste heat of the acid production system cannot meet the heat required for the evaporation of sulphuric acid,a horizontal evaporator using steam as the heat source is adopted.Through reasonable material selection,strict welding and testing processes,the sulphuric acid evaporator has been operating stably for more than 5 years.
