为提高硫黄回收装置运行效率,同时兼顾尾气排放质量与装置能耗的平衡,使用Aspen HYSYS软件对塔河炼化公司硫黄回收装置进行稳态模拟,利用模型对装置在不同操作条件下进行模拟运行.通过对硫黄回收装置转化器入口温度、胺液浓度和胺液循环量等进行技术分析发现,当前装置还有部分优化空间.以模拟运行结果指导操作,达到节能减排的目的.
Application of HYSYS process simulation in sulphur recovery plant
In order to improve the operation efficiency of sulphur recovery plant and balance the exhaust emission quality with the energy consumption of the unit,Aspen HYSYS software is used to simulate the steady-state of sulphur recovery unit in Tahe Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,and the model is used to simulate the operation of the unit under different operating conditions.Through technical analysis of reactor inlet temperature,concentration of amine solution and circulating amount of amine solution in sulphur recovery plant,it is found that there is still some room for optimization in the current plant.Guided by simulated operation results,achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
