The process flow and main equipment of a 150 kt/a fuming sulphuric acid plant in Jiangxi are introduced,and conduct hazard and operability(HAZOP)analysis and SIL assessment on the key links of the plant.After being put into operation,the production and operation of the fuming sulphuric acid plant are stable,and the finished fuming sulphuric acid index meets or exceeds the requirements for superior products in GB/T 534-2014"Sulphuric acid for industrial use",with good economic and social benefits.
