摘要

介绍了17 kt/a烷基化废酸裂解再生制酸装置技术升级改造方案.废酸裂解炉采用热壁设计,增设外保温,控制废酸裂解炉外壁温度高于裂解工艺气露点(不低于250℃),并低于裂解炉壳体外壁金属材料允许使用温度.裂解工序换热流程调整,避免冷空气预热器露点腐蚀,延长冷空气预热器使用寿命.热空气预热器和冷空气预热器增加清灰快开口,实现在线运行清灰,可避免装置需要定期停车清理换热器,实现装置的长周期运行.采用单效蒸发将净化工序产生的稀硫酸浓缩至w(H2SO4)50%以上,浓缩后的稀硫酸返回裂解炉再生.

Abstract

The technical upgrade and renovation of the 17 kt/a alkylation waste acid cracking and regeneration acid production plant is introduced.The waste acid cracking furnace adopts a hot wall design,adds external insulation,and controls the outer wall temperature of the waste acid cracking furnace to be no less than 250℃higher than the dew point temperature of the cracking process gas,and lower than the allowable using temperature of the metal material on the outer wall of the cracking furnace shell.Adjust the heat exchange process in the cracking section to avoid dew point corrosion of the cold air preheater,extend the service life of the cold air preheater.Adding quick opening for ash cleaning to the hot air preheater and cold air preheater enables online operation for ash cleaning,avoiding the need for regular shutdown to clean the heat exchanger and achieving long-term operation of the device.Single effect evaporation is used to concentrate the dilute sulphuric acid produced in the purification section to over w(H2SO4)50%,and the concentrated dilute sulphuric acid is returned to the cracking furnace for regeneration.
