针对硫酸系统干吸工序浓酸泵流量过大,在生产工艺上存在安全隐患的问题,经论证分析对浓酸泵实施变频节能改造,改造后可节省电量759 732 kWh/a,二氧化碳减排量757.4 t/a,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益.
Practice of energy-saving transformation of concentrated acid pump frequency converter in sulphuric acid plant based on copper smelting off-gas
In response to the problem of excessive flow of concentrated acid pump in the drying and absorption section of sulphuric acid system,which poses a safety hazard in the production process,it has been demonstrated and analyzed that the concentrated acid pump has been retrofitted with frequency conversion for energy saving.After the retrofit,759 732 kWh/a of electricity can be saved and 757.4 t/a of carbon dioxide can be reduced,which has significant economic and social benefits.
