This article introduces the application of ionic liquid desulfurization technology in the flue gas desulfurization and acid tail gas desulfurization systems of Zhongse Daye Yangxin Hongsheng Copper Industry.The process flow and configuration characteristics of the ionic liquid desulfurization system are described.The problems of blockage of the lean and rich liquid heat exchangers,blockage of the regeneration gas cooler,high outlet temperature of the air quenching flue gas purification system,and corrosion of the ionic liquid pipeline are analyzed,and solutions are proposed.After the ionic liquid desulfurization system is put into operation,through continuous optimization and improvement,the overall operation is stable,and the mass concentration of sulfur dioxide in the discharged flue gas is below 20 mg/m3.
