Explore the"Operating Mechanism of History Writing"——The Experience of Historical Research on His-toriography
This is the lecture delivered by Academician Wang Fan-sen upon the invitation of Center for Chinese Studies on Historiography of East China Normal University.He shares with the audience his unique thoughts and ideas about history of historiography.The lecture does not discuss specific thematic studies.It is a methodological reflection.Academician Wang hopes to communicate with his audience about how to walk out of the old road of traditional historical research on historiography,fully absorb the research tools,concepts and intellectual resources from other academic fields,explore new fields,new methods and new horizons,and elevate the historical research of historiography to a new height.
