Research on the Improving Paths for the Quality of Rural Population Based on Role Theory:Taking the Survey of Rural Population in Lishui as an Example
The cultural quality of population is a summation of science and technology,cultural knowledge,labor skills and production experience of population.Improvement of the quality of rural population is the key to promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.By comparing and analyzing the current situation of cultural quality of rural population in Lishui and Zhejiang in 2010 and 2020,this paper points out the basic characteristics of the quality of current rural population in Lishui.Through Role Theory,it proposes the paths for improving the cultural quality of rural population in Lishui,such as the role reconstruction of rural population,the quality improvement and the process interaction and transformation of the main rural role with the analysis of the existing problems of the quality of rural population.These paths can help to improve the cultural structure of rural population,strengthen the subjective awareness of rural population,and to enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of the main rural labor force to meet the requirement of cultural quality of population for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
