摘要
文章综述了老年慢性疼痛管理影响因素、指南及持续质量改进.老年慢性疼痛管理影响因素包括患者自身因素、护士因素、医生因素、患者家属因素、组织政策因素等.当前,我国老年慢性疼痛管理实践及研究还处于探索阶段,未来有必要在识别老年慢性疼痛管理关键影响因素基础上制订和运用老年慢性疼痛管理指南,并在老年慢性疼痛管理临床实践中实现持续质量改进,提高老年慢性疼痛管理效能,提升患者疼痛控制满意度.
Abstract
This article reviews the influencing factors,guidelines,and continuous quality improvement of chronic pain management in the elderly.The influencing factors include patients'own factors,nurses'factors,doctors'factors,factors of patients'relatives,factors of organizational policy and so on.Currently the practice and research of chronic pain management in the elderly is in the exploratory stage in our country.In the future it is necessary to develop and apply the guidelines for chronic pain management in the elderly on the basis of identifying the key influencing factors of chronic pain management in the elderly,and to explore continuous quality improvement in the clinical practice of chronic pain management in the elderly to improve the effectiveness of chronic pain management in the elderly and enhance patients'satisfaction with pain control.
