基层干部心理健康状况调查与思考——以浙江省L市基层干部为例

摘要
基层干部在党的事业发展中发挥着重要作用,然而,当前部分基层干部心理健康问题日益突出.基层干部心理状态直接影响党的事业发展和基层干部自身素质提高.课题组走访了浙江省L市30多个乡镇(街道)和80多个部门,对基层干部进行问卷调查与质性访谈,对基层干部的情绪状态及其影响因素、压力来源等进行深入分析,并从政府、社会、家庭和个人等4个层面提出针对性建议,以提升基层干部的心理健康水平,促进成熟的基层干部心理服务体系建立,推动党的事业蓬勃发展.
Abstract
Grassroots cadres play an important role in the development of the cause of the Party.However,the problem of their mental health becomes increasingly serious currently.The mental health state of grassroots cadres directly affects the development of the cause of the Party and the improvement of their own quality.The study visits more than 30 villages and towns(streets)and more than 80 departments,and conducts questionnaire survey,qualitative interview with grassroots cadres.It deeply analyzes the emotional state of grassroots cadres,the influencing factors,the sources of stress,etc.And it proposes corresponding suggestions from the four levels of government,society,family and individuals to improve the mental health level of grassroots cadres,promote the establishment of a mature mental health service system for grassroots cadres,and promote the vigorous development of the cause of the Party.
