高校精准思政的价值及实践路径

摘要
近年来,高校精准思政逐渐崭露头角,并被广泛视为推动高等教育创新的重要驱动力之一.大思政格局下,精准思政具有重要的现实价值,是高校思政教育改革和创新的重要发展趋势.高校精准思政实施过程中面临着精度低、准度不高的困境.建立精准思政的理念和意识、制定差异化的教育计划和措施、加强思政工作者的培训与支持以及建立评估与改进机制是做好高校精准思政的路向选择.
Abstract
In recent years,accurate ideological and political education in universities has gradually emerged and is widely regarded as one of the important driving forces for promoting innovation in higher education.Under the framework of ideological and political education,accurate ideological and political education has important practical value and is an important development trend in the reform and innovation of ideological and political education in universities.There is a dilemma in the implementation of accurate ideological and political education in universities,where precision needs to be improved and accuracy needs to be focused.The path choices for doing a good job in accurate ideological and political education in universities include establishing the concept and awareness of accurate ideological and political education,formulating differentiated education plans and measures,strengthening the training and support of teachers for ideological and political education,and establishing mechanism of evaluation and improvement.
