Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Family-School Cooperation in Rural Secondary Schools in Mountainous Areas of Southwest Zhejiang:Based on Dual Perspectives of Teachers and Parents
Family-school cooperation is an important way and key force to promote students'comprehensive development.Taking B Secondary School in L city as an example,this study explores the current situation of family-school cooperation in rural secondary schools in southwest Zhejiang from the perspectives of both teachers and parents.The study finds that although teachers recognize the importance of family-school cooperation,there are deficiencies in the implementation motivation,the ability to guide family education,etc.Parents have insufficient awareness of education,focus more on students'performance in courses than their mental health,and lack the awareness and ability of family-school cooperation.And family-school cooperation system of the school is not perfect and mature enough.Therefore,the article puts forward a series of targeted countermeasures from four levels:school,parents,teachers,and society.
