Evaluation of Ecological Recreation Suitability of Baishanzu National Park Based on GIS
Taking Baishanzu National Park as an example and selecting four indicators of natural recreation resources,carrying capacity of ecological environment,ecological recreation capacity,and socio-economic conditions,the article constructs an evaluation system of ecological recreation suitability with the Analytic Hierarchy Process.Based on the spatial analysis function of GIS,it conducts a comprehensive evaluation of each indicator and divides the evaluation results into four levels.The results show that from the area distribution characteristics of suitable areas of ecological recreation,the numbers of the area of each level are 46.06 km2,55.39 km2,69.85 km2,and 72.13 km2 respectively.From the spatial distribution characteristics of suitable areas of ecological recreation,the suitable areas of level Ⅳ are distributed in clusters,the suitable areas of level Ⅱ and level Ⅲ are distributed in strips,and the suitable areas of level Ⅰ are distributed in patches.Based on the evaluation results,the article further divides the research areas into six types of areas of ecological recreation:experience area of natural scenery,experience area of ecological protection,experience area of natural education,experience area of traditional culture,research area of scientific investigation,and exploration area of outdoor sports.The study can provide reference for the development,utilization,and scientific management of ecological recreation in national parks.
