摘要

教师专业发展的职前职后一体化是提高教师教育质量的关键.实践证明,由"目标引领、自主选择、项目推进、条件保障和评价激励"架构而成的职前职后一体化教师专业发展共同体"五维一体"运行机制,在促进教师专业成长、教育教学能力发展、学生管理质量提升、教育治理体系优化等方面具有独特的优势.

Abstract

The integration of pre-service and post-service for professional development of teachers is the key to improving the quality of teacher education.In practice the"integration of 5 dimensions"of the community operating mechanism in the integration of pre-service and post-service for professional development of teachers is formed by the framework of"aim guidance,independent choice,project promotion,conditions guarantee and evaluation and stimulation".The practice proves that it has unique advantages in promoting professional development of teachers,developing education and teaching ability,improving the quality of student management,and optimizing the education governance system.
