Causes and Optimization Strategies of Emotional Labor Problems of Psychological Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools
With the survey of emotional labor of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools,the paper finds that in their professional growth and development they still have practical difficulties,such as lack of professional ability,unclear role positioning,low welfare benefits,difficulties in professional certificates assessment,etc.,which lead to inconsistency of emotional expression and emotional feeling,and emotional labor problems such as emotional exhaustion,reduction of job satisfaction,and insufficient internal drive for self-growth.Therefore,the paper proposes to optimize the management of emotional labor of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools at both the individual level and the organization level according to the theory of emotional labor.In terms of the individual level,psychological teachers need to strengthen their professional skills and change their self-cognition.In terms of the organization level,it is necessary to establish a good working environment and support mechanism to enhance their sense of efficacy and happiness in work.
