The application of artificial intelligence(AI)in judicial adjudication has been widely debated at both the level of practice and the level of policy regulations.AI is playing a positive role in the proceedings of judicial adjudication such as register,pretrial,trial,adjudication,and enforcement.In our country relevant policy regulations hold a positive attitude to encourage the application of AI in judicial adjudication.However,we should notice that there are still many problems in the application of AI technology in judicial adjudication,such as"algorithmic black box",algorithmic bias,lack of effective supervision and liability mechanism,which have not been solved properly.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the positioning of AI in judicial adjudication,and promote AI to play a greater role in judicial adjudication through the formulation of relevant normative documents.
