During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,the Communist Party of China(CPC)advocated for and put into action the formation of the international anti-fascist united front,aiming to unite people from different nations against fascist aggression.After the launch of the full-scale War of Resistance,the CPC capitalized on Hong Kong's unique standing to seek support and assistance from Britain and the United States.Right after the onset of the Pacific War,the CPC dispatched guerrillas to establish the Hong Kong-Kowloon guerrilla zone.Following the instructions of the CPC Central Committee,the East River Column and the Hong Kong-Kowloon Brigade,based on the connection point between the two major theater of the Chinese Mainland and the Pacific,cooperated with the British allied forces for the international rescue,and collaborated with the American allied forces to defeat the enemy through intelligence cooperation.The practice of the CPC's international united front in Hong Kong accelerated the path to victory,portraying the CPC as a staunch advocate for human justice and freedom on the international front.
