Research progress in preparation of DHA-rich glycerides by lipase method
In this paper,the domestic research on the preparation of DHA-rich glycerides by lipase isdescribed.Several optimization methods are summarized:optimization of reaction condi-tions,optimization of catalytic methods and combination with other technologies.This paper aims to provide a reference for the study of lipase-enriched DHA-rich glycerides,and provide new ideas for further research.
