摘要
连续稳定输送物料是粉状物料输送设备最为关键的技术,各生产单位根据粉状物料的特点设计出多种给料装置.螺旋给料机具有整机截面尺寸小、密封性能好、运行平稳可靠、可中间多点装料和卸料及操作安全、维修简便等优点,因螺旋给料装置运行稳定、故障率低,经常用于粉状物料的输送.传统螺旋给料装置有一定的局限性,本文通过改进螺旋结构、扩大入口面积,使的螺旋给料装置应用范围变得更加广泛.
Abstract
Continuous and stable conveying material is the most critical technology of powder material conveying equipment,according to the characteristics of powder material production u-nits designed a variety of feeding devices.The screw feeder has the advantages of small section size,good sealing performance,stable and reliable operation,middle multi-point loading and unloading,safe operation and simple maintenance,etc.,because of the stable operation and low failure rate of the screw feeding device,it is often used in the transportation of powder materials.The traditional screw feeder has some limitations.By improving the screw structure and enlar-ging the entrance area,the application of the screw feeder becomes more extensive.
