Research progress in the detection of flavonoids in food
Flavonoid is a kind of polyhydroxyl aromatic compounds with benzopyran skele-ton,which has important research significance and application value in food,medicine,health products and other fields.In this paper,the principles,advantages and disadvantages and appli-cations of pre-treatment extraction methods and detection methods of flavonoids are reviewed,in order to provide technical guidance for relevant detection personnel.
