With the development of manufacturing industry to automation and intelligence,the field of intelligent operation and maintenance of grain and oil processing equipment has also received more and more attention and research.This paper mainly summarizes the development status and challenges of equipment operation and maintenance in the grain and oil processing in-dustry,analyzes the technical development status of equipment operation and maintenance system in equipment fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance,and discusses the advantages and devel-opment direction of equipment intelligent operation and maintenance system,aiming to provide important reference and reference for researchers in related fields.
