摘要

本文介绍了一种智能凉米系统,通过与普通凉米系统进行对比,研究了智能凉米系统对稻谷加工及短期储存的影响.结果表明:智能凉米系统的智能通风模式可以使其降温效率更高,仓内温湿度波动更小,凉米效率更高,在后续的抛光工序中所产生的碎米显著低于普通凉米系统,抛光效果也更优;在智能凉米系统中储藏白米的新鲜度更高、爆腰率更低.

Abstract

This paper introduces an intelligent rice cooling system.By comparing with the or-dinary rice cooling system,the influence of the intelligent cooling rice system on rice processing and short-term storage is studied.The results show that the intelligent ventilation mode of the intelligent cooling rice system can make the cooling efficiency higher,the temperature and humid-ity fluctuation in the warehouse smaller,and the cooling rice efficiency higher.The broken rice produced in the subsequent polishing process is significantly lower than that of the ordinary cool-ing rice system,and the polishing effect is better.In the intelligent cooling rice system,the freshness of stored white rice is higher and the crack rate is lower.
