粮食散装平房仓整仓低温储粮示范仓试验

本试验采用整仓低温储粮的方式,研究了试验仓粮温、冷却壁温度和粮情的变化。结果表明:采用粮面低温机组控温控湿,粮堆接触面采用冷却壁和冷却地坪控温的方式,能够实现粮堆最高温度低于15 ℃的设计目标,并保持了储粮品质的基本稳定。

This experiment adopts the method of low-temperature grain storage in the whole warehouse to study the changes of grain temperature,cooling wall temperature and grain condi-tion in the experimental warehouse.The results show that the design goal of the maximum tem-perature of the grain pile below 15 ℃ can be achieved by using a low-temperature unit to control temperature and humidity on the grain surface,and the contact surface of the grain pile using cooling walls and cooling floors to control temperature,while maintaining basically stable for the quality of stored grains.
