Quantitative detection of heavy metal lead in wheat by immunochromatographic fluorescence
This study successfully developed an immunochromatographic fluorescence quanti-tative detection card for lead in wheat. This detection card is based on the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography, using europium nanospheres as fluorescent probes to label an-ti Pb EDTA monoclonal antibodies, and constructing a quantitative immunochromatographic a-nalysis system. The research results show that the sensitivity of lead is 0.48 ng/mL,and the de-tection limit and quantification limit are 10.18 and 25.48 μg/kg,respectively;the determination recovery rate of certified reference materials is 86.6%-110%;the precision results show that the coefficient of variation(CV)is all below 15%.In addition, there was no significant difference between the detection results obtained by chromatography card and ICP-MS method, which ver-ified the accuracy and reliability of the method.
