高效液相色谱质谱法测定葵花籽中黄曲霉毒素B1的测量不确定度评定

本试验采用HPLC-MS/MS法检测葵花籽中黄曲霉毒素B1的不确定度,研究了不确定的主要来源。结果表明:当葵花籽中黄曲霉毒素B1含量为0。097 μg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0。016 μg/kg(k=2),不确定度的来源主要是移液定容。
Uncertainty evaluation for the determination of aflatoxin B1 in sunflower seeds by HPLC-MS/MS
The experiment used the uncertainty of measurement in determination of aflatoxin B,in sunflower seeds by HPLC-MS/MS is evaluated and studied the main sources of uncertain-ty.The results indicate when the content of aflatoxin B,in Sunflower seeds was 0.097 μg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.016 μg/kg(k=2).The uncertainty mainly comes from volume un-certainty and HPLC-MS/MS instrument generated by the uncertainty.
