Discussion on change management initiatives in engineering construction projects under project cluster management perspective
This article describes the problematic points of project engineering change manage-ment,analyses the key factors affecting change management,and puts forward relevant manage-ment initiatives in a targeted manner under the perspective of project cluster management,in or-der to enhance the effect of investment management in the construction phase of the project.
