磁性多壁碳纳米管固定化脂肪酶及其催化合成1,3-二油酰-2-棕榈酰甘油的研究

本试验采用磁性多壁碳纳米管固定化疏棉状嗜热丝孢菌脂肪酶(TLL)用于制备1,3-二油酰-2-棕榈酰甘油(OPO)。研究了 TLL添加量、反应时间、反应温度对固定化条件的影响以及固定化TLL添加量、反应时间、反应温度和底物摩尔比对制备OPO的影响。结果表明:固定化酶具有更好的耐酸碱性和热稳定性,固定化最优反应条件为酶添加量6%,反应时间5 h,反应温度45 ℃;合成OPO的最佳条件为反应时间为6 h,反应温度为50 ℃,酶添加量为8%,底物摩尔比为5∶1。
Study on immobilized lipase of magnetic multi-carbon nanotubes and its catalytic synthesis of OPO
In this paper,magnetic multi-walled carbon nanotubes were used to immobilize the lipase of Thermoanaerobacter sparsus thermophilus(TLL)for the preparation of 1,3-dio-leoyl-2-palmitoylglycerol(OPO).The effects of TLL addition,reaction time,and reaction temperature on the immobilization conditions as well as the effects of immobilized TLL addition,reaction time,reaction temperature,and substrate molar ratio on the preparation of OPO were investigated.The results showed that the immobilised enzyme had better acid and alkali resist-ance and thermal stability.The optimal reaction conditions for the immobilisation were 6%en-zyme addition,5 h reaction time and 45 ℃;the optimal conditions for the synthesis of OPO were 6 h reaction time,50 ℃,8%enzyme addition and 5∶1 substrate molar ratio.
