粮食、油料水分不同测定方法的研究与比较

本试验分别采用直接干燥法和定温定时烘干法测定粮食、油料的水分含量,并对比分析了这两种检测方法的测定结果,结果表明:当粮食水分在18.0%以下、油料水分在13.0%以下时,采用定温定时烘干法测定水分含量结果略高于直接干燥法;当粮食水分在18.0%以上、油料水分在13.0%以上时,采用两次烘干法测定其水分含量,在第二次烘干中采用定温定时烘干法结果略高于直接干燥法.
Research and comparison of different inspection methods for determination of moisture content in grain and oilseeds
In this experiment,the direct drying method and the drying method with fixed temperature and time were used to determine the moisture content of grains and oilseeds.Compa-ring the results of these two inspection methods,the results were showed that when the moisture of grain was below 18.0%,and the moisture of oilseeds was below 13.0%,the result by the dr-ying method with fixed temperature and time was slightly higher than the one by the direct drying method.When the moisture of grain was above 18.0%,and the moisture of oilseeds was above 13.0%,which of moisture content were determined with the drying method by two steps,the re-sult by the drying method with fixed temperature and time in the second drying was slightly high-er than the one by the direct drying method.
