Determination of licorice antioxidants in food by high performance liquid chromatography
The experiment established a method for determining licorice antioxidants in the food by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and evaluated key experimental pa-rameters such as the limit of quantitation, repeatability, linearity, and recovery rate to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analytical process. The results showed that glycyrrhizic acid exhibi-ted good linearity(r2=0.999 89)within the range of 0.002 to 0.200 mg/mL,with a recovery rate between 83.6%and 98.3%.The limit of quantitation for the method is 0.25 mg/kg,and the reproducibility and precision were satisfactory, providing a theoretical basis and evidence for the detection of licorice antioxidants in the food.
