摘要
本文综述了石榴皮单宁的提取工艺、生物活性功能和加工应用方面的研究进展.从石榴皮单宁提取工艺的创新和农业废弃物综合循环利用方面进行了展望,为石榴皮提取物在食品、医药等领域合理开发和可持续发展提供参考.
Abstract
In this paper,the extraction technology,biological activity and processing applica-tion of pomegranate peel tannin were reviewed.The innovation of pomegranate peel tannin ex-traction technology and the comprehensive recycling utilization of agricultural waste were pros-pected,which provided reference for the rational development and sustainable development of pomegranate peel extract in food,medicine and other fields.
