摘要
本试验以绿色低共熔溶剂(DES)为溶媒采用超声辅助的方法提取香杯伞蘑菇总黄酮,通过单因素试验和相应面试验,研究了低共溶剂料液比、含水量、超声时间对香杯伞黄酮提取的影响并优化了提取条件.结果表明:DES(氯化胆碱一尿素)较其他DES提取效率高,最优提取条件为氯化胆碱一尿素物质的量之比为1∶2、含水量为63%、料液比为1∶39、超声时间为56 min,在此条件下总香杯伞蘑菇黄酮实际提取率为3.3%.
Abstract
Ultrasound-assisted green deep eutectic solvent(DES)was used as the solvent to extract the total flavonoids of clitocybe odora muscaria.The effects of deep eutectic solvent of solid to liquid,water content and ultrasonic time on flavonoids of clitocybe odora muscaria and the extraction conditions were optimized o The results showed that the extraction efficiency of DES(choline chloride-urea)was higher than that of other DES,and the optimal extraction con-ditions were 1∶2 for choline chloride-urea,63%for water content,1∶39 for material-liquid ratio,and 56 min for ultrasonic time.The actual extraction rate of total flavonoids from agaricus blazei mushrooms under these conditions was 3.3%.
