玫瑰精油是从玫瑰花中提取的一组安全、无毒、有特殊香味的挥发性物质。目前,主要以水蒸气蒸馏法提取,化学成分极其复杂,主要活性物质为萜烯类、醇类、酯类、醚类、醛类和烷烃类等物质,主要呈香味物质是香茅醇、香叶醇、苯乙醇、芳樟醇、丁香酚、玫瑰醚等。玫瑰精油性质稳定,具有很好的抗氧化、抗抑郁、抗菌活性,作为天然的香味剂,可用于医疗保健、美容化妆和高档日化用品。参考国内外近10年来的最新研究成果,综述了玫瑰精油提取工艺、化学组分、理化特征和应用价值,对加强玫瑰精油的深入研究和综合开发具有一定的参考价值。
Research and application status of rose ethereal oil
Rose etherealoil(REO) is not realoil,it is a kindof volatile substance extracted from the rose flowers byhydrodistillation,which is safe and non–poisonous,andhas special flavor Its chemicalcomposition iscomplex extremely and themain activecomponents are terpenes,alcohols, esters,ethers,aldehydes,alkanes andothers.Themain aroma substances arecitronellol,geraniol, phenylethyl alcohol,linalool,eugenol,rose ether and soon. REOhas stable quality and antioxidant, anti–depressants,anti–bacterial activity,and itcan be used tohealthcare products,cosmetics andhigh–endchemical daily necessities for a typeof natural flavoring additives.Basedon the latest researches which werehome and abroad in recent 10 years,the extraction process,chemicalconstitution, physic–chemical property,biological active functions,and applicationof REO were summarized. The informationmight lead to a reference value in depth study,thecomprehensive development and applicationof the REO.
