不同产地山桐子果含油率和脂肪酸组成分析

对采自10个不同产地的山桐子果的含油率和脂肪酸组成进行了测定,结果表明:山桐子果含油率为35.02%~39.36%,山桐子油的不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,在测出的6种主要脂肪酸中亚油酸含量最高,达到68.02%~70.97%。
Analysis of oil contents and fatty acid compositions of Idesia polycarpa Maxim. from different areas
Idesia polycarpa Maxim. from ten different areas were taken as materials,and their oil contents and fatty acid compositions were determined. The results showed that oil contents ranged from 35.02% to 39.36%. Six fatty acid compositions were detected. Idesia polycarpa Maxim. had a high content of unsaturated fatty acid. Among the unsaturated fatty acid,the content of linoleic acid was the highest,ranging from 68.02%to 70.97%.
