Optimization of process conditions of microwave-assisted extraction for Moringa oleifera seed oil by response surface method
With Moringa oleifera seed as raw materials,the oil was extracted by microwave-assisted extraction method.The process conditions of Moringa oleifera seed oil were optimized by response surface method,the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: petroleum ether (30-60 ℃) as the extraction solvent, ratio of liquid to solid 9:1 (mL/g), microwave time 7 min and microwave power 455 W. Under the conditions, the extraction rate could reach 96.78%. After analysis by GC method, it showed that the fatty acids compositions of oil extracted under these conditions were consistent with those by other traditional methods.
