高压蒸煮协同木聚糖酶制备稻壳低聚木糖的研究

研究高压蒸煮协同木聚糖酶制备稻壳中的低聚木糖,在单因素试验基础上,利用Box-Behnken试验设计,采用响应面分析,对低聚木糖的制备工艺进行优化.试验结果表明,高压蒸煮协同木聚糖酶法制备稻壳中低聚木糖的最佳条件为蒸煮压力0.9 MPa、蒸煮时间50 min、木聚糖酶添加量6.7%、酶解时间3.0 h、酶解液pH 6.0,按此工艺,稻壳低聚木糖提含量达8.26 mg/g.
Study on preparation of xylooligosaccharide from rice husk by high pressure cooking-assisted xylanase
The extraction process of xylooligosaccharides from rice husk by high pressure cooking-assisted xylanase was studied. On the basis of single factor tests, the extraction process was optimized by using Box-Behnken test design and response surface analysis. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were cooking pressure of 0.9 MPa, cooking time of 50 min, xylanase addition of 6.7%, enzymolysis time of 3.0 h, and pH of 6.0. According to the process, the content of xylooligosaccharides from rice husk was up to 8.26 mg/g.
