A general description of aflatoxin in edible oil was introduced,and the research progress of sample pretreatment methods for the detection of aflatoxin in edible oil in recent years was summarized,aiming to provide reference for developing rapid and efficient sample pretreatment technology for the de-tection of aflatoxin in edible oil.
