摘要

介绍了脂质颗粒的分子动力学模型及其在脂滴研究中的应用,总结了脂质颗粒的体外构建方法,论述了脂质颗粒在生物医学和食品工业领域中的应用现状,以期为脂质颗粒的进一步研究和应用提供理论参考.

Abstract

The molecular dynamics model of lipid particles and its application in lipid droplet research were introduced.The in vitro construction methods of lipid particles were summarized,and the current ap-plication status of lipid particles in biomedicine and food industry was discussed,aiming to provide theo-retical reference for further research and application of lipid particles.
