摘要

对于重质油及其他无法满线操作的产品来说,由于无法使用质量流量计,对立式金属罐和船舱的人工检尺计量是精度最高的计量手段.大连石化公司工业重油用无表装船人工计量的方法,现场实践中发生计量误差,有时罐付出量和船舱量相差巨大.阐述了工业重油装船产生误差的原因,对如何减少误差、防治措施进行探讨.

Abstract

For heavy oil and other products that cannot be operated at full line,manual measurement of vertical metal tanks and cabins is the most accurate measurement method when mass flow meter cannot be used.The industrial heavy oil of Dalian Petrochemical Company adopts the method of manual measurement without meter loading.This method produces measurement errors in field practice,and sometimes there is a huge difference between the amount of canister paid professionally and the amount of the cabin.This paper expounds the reasons for the errors in the loading of industrial heavy oil,and discusses how to reduce the errors and preventive measures.
