Research on the Motion Characteristics of Deploying Large Buoy Mooring Positioning Systems
The mooring positioning system is employed to control the operational position of large ocean buoys on the sea surface, where the precision of mooring positioning significantly determines the benchmark accuracy of the mooring system. The deployment of the mooring positioning system constitutes a pivotal step in mooring positioning.Any deviation in the deployed position adversely affects the benchmark positioning accuracy and poses a threat to the underwater base station platform and associated equipment. To investigate the motion characteristics during the descent of the anchor and anchor chain system, the entire system is conceptualized as a variable mass system.A dynamic model is established to scrutinize the motion characteristics of the variable mass system during descent in water. The dynamic attributes and environmental factors during the buoy anchor chain immersion process are analyzed, providing a more scientifically grounded basis for the design and optimization of mooring systems.
