目前变电站有保护屏柜、端子箱、设备构架等设施,为防止作业人员走错设备间隔的主要技术措施是在保护屏柜门、端子箱门、设备构架爬梯门等设施门上装设传统机械锁具,钥匙由运行值班人员管理,在运行人员陪同作业人员现场开锁后立即收回.该方法工作效率低,同时存在安全隐患.为解决这些问题,提出了一种变电站配电柜智能锁管理系统解决方案.该系统把智能锁技术与管理系统相结合,实现了对变电站配电柜的远程监控、远程控制、报警管理、权限管理等功能.通过分析实际运行数据,系统优化了配电柜的运维管理流程,提高了工作效率和安全性.实践证明,该系统在提升变电站配电柜管理水平方面具有重要意义.
Substation Power Distribution Cabinet Intelligent Lock Management System Solution
The current substation protection screen cabinet,terminal box,equipment structure and other facilities,to prevent the operator go wrong equipment interval of the main technical measures is the protection screen cabinet door,terminal box door,equipment frame ladder door facilities such as the door installed traditional mechanical lock,the key management by operation personnel on duty,accompanying the operation personnel immediately after the lock.In order to solve these problems,an intelligent lock management system solution for substation distribution cabinet is proposed.The system uses the combination of the intelligent lock technology and the management system to realize the remote monitoring,remote control,alarm management,authority management and other functions of the substation distribution cabinet.Through the analysis of the actual operation data,the system optimizes the operation and maintenance management process of the power distribution cabinet,and improves the work efficiency and security.Practice has proved that this system is of great significance in improving the management level of substation power distribution cabinet.
