摘要
根据GB/T 2624中 5.5.2规定,铸造收缩段经典文丘里管的流出系数为 0.984,当雷诺数小于规定条件时,流出系数未知.本文设计了一项流量测量试验台架,旨在重复模拟低雷诺数的工况,计算出"铸造"收缩段经典文丘里管的流量系数,并验证其稳定性及可重复性,可在实际应用中作为参考.
Abstract
Under the conditions specified in 5.5.2 of GB/T 2624,the flow out coefficient of the classical Venturi tube in the"cast"contraction section is 0.984.When the Reynolds number is less than the specified conditions,the flow out coefficient is unknown.This article designs a flow measurement test bench with the aim of repeatedly simulating low Reynolds number operating conditions,calculating the flow coefficient of the classic Venturi tube in the"cast"contraction section,and verifying its stability and repeatability,which is only a reference in practical applications.
