摘要
电磁流量计是重要的流量计量仪表,广泛应用于化工、石油、水处理、食品加工等领域.本文对电磁流量计的基本结构进行阐述,分别介绍转换器、励磁线圈、传感器等重要部件的防爆保护实现方法.最后从产品合格评定角度,简述防爆电磁流量计在型式试验过程中所涉及的测试项目.
Abstract
Electromagnetic flowmeter is an important flow measuring instrument,which is widely used in chemical industry,petroleum,water treatment,food processing and other fields.In this article,the basic structure of electromagnetic flowmeter is described,and the explosion-proof type of protection for the converter,excitation coil,sensor and other important parts are introduced respectively.Finally,from the product conformity assessment point of view,the test items involved in the type test of explosion-proof electromagnetic flowmeter are briefly described.
